CONDITIONS OF WORKLOAD

1. Every lecturer must teach along with creating research and academic services

2. Work for 30 hours per week; 16 hours for teaching, 14 hours for research and academic services [ academic services included culture conservation].

3. Subjects in accountability do not have more than 2 subjects per semester, if 3 subjects or more, the faculty must decrease the number of hours per week to 12 or 8.

4. Everyone must conduct a valuable research project or creative work; 1 project every 3 years.

SELF ASSESSING & BENCHMARKING

                Everyone must assess themselves and report to the faculty once a year by using the form determined by the faculty  and must set a goal for improvement (Absolute Criteria benchmarking)
