APPLYING TO TAKE A TEST FROM TCT TO GET TEACHING LICENSE

  Apply 17-23 April 2024.  Test 11-12 and 18-19** May 2024

  Apply 14-20 July 2024   Test 17-18 and 24-25** August 2024

2. Register to be a member of the KSP-Service System of TCT here.

3. Review your qualifications; The second-year students of the Graduate Diploma Program or Master's degree Program and the 3rd-year of the Bachelor's degree are qualified to apply.
4. Apply online; apply for the exam at one time or several times during the year until passing the exam (must pass 2 subjects for those who have studied since 2023 onwards)    >>>Apply Online<<<

Graduate Diploma Program 2023

    Information Management Systems in the Implementation of the Curriculum,  Applying for a knowledge test by TCT, or requesting a teaching license from TCT, will be operated in the relevant sections as follows:

 

  1. The Faculty of Education together with the Registrar's Office, prepares a list of students in the program and submits data to the TCT Before finishing the 2nd semester of the program, along with receiving an 11-digit number (enrollment code in the program). The 11-digit number (enrollment code in the program) will be used in applying for the testing to receive the teaching license in the future.

  2. After completing the first year of the program, students are qualified to test by TCT to get a Basic License when they graduate.

  3. The Faculty will Notify the names of those expected to be unable to graduate in the normal time (individual notification) in the third semester of the program.

  4.  The Faculty will prepare a list of graduates/check the completeness of graduation information before submitting a request for approval of graduation from the University Council (the University Council approves and announces the names of graduates).

  5.  The Faculty will submit the competency assessment score to the Teachers Council’s database at the end of the third semester of the program (TCT announces the names of those who passed the competency assessment)

  6. The faculty together with the Registrar's Office submits a list of graduates to the Teachers Council’s database and receives the 11-digit number (graduation code).  The 11-digit number(graduation code) will be used to apply for a teaching license. (The TCT announces the names of graduates who completed the program approved by TCT)

  7. Graduates register to receive a teaching license; request the Basic Teaching License(B-License) if you passed 1 or 2 subjects of testing, or request only the Provisional Teaching License(P-License) if you have not yet passed the testing.
