  2. Graduation rate within the standard 4-year timeframe

  3. Dropout/attrition rate

  4. Employment rate

  5. First-time pass rate on professional licensure examinations

 

Benchmarking:
The quality benchmarking here focuses on absolute criteria for KPIs 1)–4):

  • KPI 1: The average competency assessment score must be higher than 70% of the full score.

  • KPIs 2: Target 100 %

  • KPIs 3: The Target must be 0.

  • KPI 4: The employment rate within 6 months after graduation must be 100%.

  • KPI 5 emphasizes relative criteria, comparing against the national average pass rate. For example:

    • In 2022, the national average pass rate was 18% of all examinees (while TRSU achieved 35%).

    • In 2023, the national average was 26% (while TRSU achieved 38%).

    • In 2024, data from the Teachers' Council of Thailand revealed that the average examination scores of students or graduates from Saint Theresa International University were higher than the national average.
