Instructor Qualifications and Competencies

Full-time instructors must hold a doctoral degree for the Graduate Program[ or a Master Degree for the Undergraduate Program] with knowledge and experience in educational administration.

Possess academic leadership.

Have instructional design and management abilities.

Demonstrate skills in educational research and administration.

Exhibit competency in designing and creating academic service work
(e.g., serving as an academic committee member for organizations, designing training programs, producing academic books/publications, and writing knowledge dissemination articles for academic services). -
Ability to integrate research and academic services with instructional management.

Be responsible, kind, and caring toward students.
Qualifications of Supporting Staff
