Background of the Curriculum
The new curriculum 2020, starts in the first Semester of the academic year 2020 with only 1 program; Plan 2.1(1), then, it was revised during the semester by adding Plan 2.1(2) for those who need the Teaching License that was approved by the Teacher Council of Thailand
At the start of the academic year 2020, the faculty determined the PLOs of the first version of the curriculum composed of 6 dimensions; (1) Morals & Ethics, (2) Knowledge, (3) Intellectual Skills, (4) Interpersonal Skills, (5) Communication, Numerical, and Technological Skills, and (6) Learning and Classroom Management Skills. Finally, in the second semester of the academic year 2022, the faculty has transformed it into 4 dimensions; Knowledge, Skills, Ethics, and Characteristics according to the HEC Standards

ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของผู้สอน

1. อาจารย์ประจำ ที่มีวุฒิปริญญาเอก ในสาขาวิชาหลักสูตรการสอน หรือวิทยาการทางการศึกษาและการจัดการเรียนรู้ ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนหรือการบริหารหลักสูตรมากกว่า 3 ปี
2. มีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ
3. มีความสามารถด้านการออกแบบและจัดการเรียนรู้
4. มีทักษะด้านการวิจัยทางการศึกษาและการบริหารการศึกษา
5. มีสมรรถนะในการออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์งานด้านการบริการทางวิชาการ
(เช่น เป็นคณะกรรมการทางวิชาการให้กับองค์กรต่างๆ ออกแบบโครงการฝึกอบรม ผลิตหนังสือ-ตำราทางวิชาการ เขียนบทความเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้เพื่อบริการทางวิชาการ เป็นต้น)
6. สามารถบูรณาการการวิจัยและบริการทางวิชาการกับการจัดการเรียนรู้
7. มีความรับผิดชอบ มีน้ำใจ เอื้ออาทรต่อศิษย์
Qualification of Program Instructors
1. Full-time lecturer with a doctorate degree in the field of Curriculum & Learning Management or learning Management with more than 3 years of teaching experience
2. Having academic leadership
3. Have the ability to instructional design and learning management.
4. Have skills in educational research and educational administration.
5. Capable of designing and creating academic service work. (such as an academic committee for various organizations, designing a training program, Production of books - academic textbooks, writing articles to disseminate knowledge for academic services, etc.)
6. Be able to integrate research and academic services with learning management.
7. Responsibility, kindness, and generosity toward students

Learning Support....A set of activities to enhance the skills of being a professional Teacher; a Learning support system via Student Affairs, Assignment of integrated projects for the semester, and Integrated learning management between academic services, research, and learning management

Learning Resources: Develop important learning resources; the coordination room for each batch, Google Classroom, Thesis Coordination room, the web page of the program, Facebook group, YouTube Channel, Pod Cast Channel, PLC Room, etc.
