ในปีการศึกษา 2569 คณะคาดหวังให้คณาจารย์ทุกท่านเข้ารับการประเมินสมรรถนะทางวิชาการสอนในระดับอุดมศึกษา ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด ซึ่งในที่นี้ ผมได้สรุป องคืประกอบของการประเมิน พร้อมตัวบ่งชี้ที่เขียนอธิบายเพื่อให้เห็นแนวทางว่าแต่ละท่านต้องเตรียมงานอะไรบ้าง และรวบรวมหลักฐานอะไรเพื่อรองรับการประเมิน ทั้งนี้ จะมีการประชุมเพื่อซักซ้อมความเข้าใจ หรืออธิบายแนวทางการเตรียมตัวและแนวปฏิบัติในการขอรับการประเมินอีกครั้งหนึ่ง หรือ จะมีการประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้รัหว่างกันเป็นระยะ ๆ

To all faculty members of the Faculty of Education,

In the 2026 academic year, the Faculty expects all faculty members to undergo an assessment of teaching competencies in higher education, in accordance with the criteria and procedures set by the university. In this regard, I have summarized the components of the assessment along with the indicators, described in a way that clarifies the guidelines on what each of you needs to prepare and what evidence to collect in order to support the assessment. Furthermore, there will be a meeting to ensure mutual understanding or to explain the preparation guidelines and procedures for applying for the assessment, as well as regular meetings for exchanging knowledge and experiences among all of you.
